In addition, short lectures and seminars are held to clarify questions from the fasting and nutrition field. We look at what happens in the body during fasting and how psychological factors, exercise, and relaxation influence the fasting process. You will be guided on how to continue fasting with a 7-day fasting guide including proper preparation and follow-up, so you can fast independently in the future.

Kann dieses Retreat jedem empfehlen, vor allem „Anfängern“, die bisher noch nicht gefastet oder sich eingehender mit den Themen Achtsamkeit, Meditation etc befasst haben. Die 3 Tage bei Talya waren eine perfekte Auszeit vom Alltag, um das alles einmal auszuprobieren und viel davon mit zurück nach Hause zu nehmen. Eine gute Vorbereitung die Woche davor ist zu empfehlen, damit die Detox Symptome nicht allzu sehr kicken und man den Einklang von Natur, Körper und Seele genießen kann.

The organization of the three days has been superlative and I acquired a lot of new, useful information. There are lots of positive outcomes from this relatively low effort retreat (in terms of distance, price, etc.) I personally feel i benefited the most out of experiencing some days without food and phone, which are my main distractions. The preparation for the 3-day fasting retreat starts on Monday before we fast. You will receive a comprehensive guide covering how to best prepare for the upcoming 3-day fast. There are 3 prep days where we start eliminating certain foods from our diet. The retreat starts Friday (after)noon. We start the days with a fresh juice, meditatin or breathing excersizes followed by an easy hike through the forest. We look into what happens in the body when we fast during the fasting lecture. Saturday is our second fasting day where we have a detox workshop and a fire ceremony with journaling. Sunday is the third day fasting and we go into how to best reintroduce food after the fast. The Oasis

The oasis is located in the small community of Schönwalde-Glien directly at the Spandau Forest. In the middle of nature, the 1100m2 garden with the 10-person tipi tent radiates coziness and invites community. On the property, there is a small house with a kitchen, shower, and toilet. The water has a very high iron content, so it is not suitable for drinking. However, fresh spring water is delivered specifically for us. There is a maximum of 10 spots to keep an intimate setting. Accommodation will take place in the shared communal tipi tent for eight/ten people. Two people can book the double bed in the bedroom of the house for an  additional charge.
