Talya has helped me to (start to) understand the connection between body, mind and spirit. In the beginning I was a little surprised why we did not speak (more) about incompatibilities or what I eat. But now with a focus on what is going on in my life and what is blocking my digestion system AND my personal life and development I start to understand, where to put my focus on more. Now after only 3 sessions, I have a much more regulated digestion, less problems and more insights. I am happy to continue taking care of these three elements of myself. Talya is the first person I’ve met online that is capable of overcoming digital boundaries in a personal conversation. I just joined this fantastic Detox Retreat and can hardly recommend it! Talya is lovely and knows what she is talking about. She explains everything in detail and you get all your questions answered! The place is quite and the walks were beautiful… and the juices of course were really yummy! :) Also self reflection exercises are included (super good) and Talya takes good care about all participants. She offers a weekend in English and one in German. If you always wanted to try fasting and want a compact, affordable way to actually do it, this one gives you the right frame and set up! 🥰🙏☀️

Talya ist ein großartiger Fasten-Guide. Das Retreat war sehr gut strukturiert und organisiert an einem wunderschönen Ort Nähe Berlin. Ich war überrascht wie viel Wissen sie innerhalb von drei Tagen vermitteln konnte und wie wir als Teilnehmer gelernt haben wieder mehr auf unseren Körper und Geist zu hören. Ich empfehle das Retreat wärmstens weiter.

Kann dieses Retreat jedem empfehlen, vor allem „Anfängern“, die bisher noch nicht gefastet oder sich eingehender mit den Themen Achtsamkeit, Meditation etc befasst haben. Die 3 Tage bei Talya waren eine perfekte Auszeit vom Alltag, um das alles einmal auszuprobieren und viel davon mit zurück nach Hause zu nehmen. Eine gute Vorbereitung die Woche davor ist zu empfehlen, damit die Detox Symptome nicht allzu sehr kicken und man den Einklang von Natur, Körper und Seele genießen kann.

The fasting experience with Talya was a great opportunity to listen to my body and slow down. Talya allowed fluidity in the agenda and appreciated that each of us did what felt right for our own body and mind at a given time. She's very knowledgeable in detoxification and fasting and I truly could trust that whatever came up during the retreat was welcomed and held. Would absolutely recommend!

Talya’s retreat has been an awesome experience! The location is ideal and can be reached very easily from Berlin even with public transit. The organization of the three days has been superlative and I acquired a lot of new, useful information. The juices we were served were excellent and made it way easier to pass the days without eating. After the fasting, my high blood pressure problem is completely gone and I’ve been off the medication ever since. I highly recommend it!

Intense ... but productive. I think I do feel better overall and figured some stuff out. I knew going into it that I was going to have to make myself very vulnerable. It hasn't been so long but I was afraid I would feel lost afterwards being that it's only 3 sessions. I don't feel that way, I feel like some air has been cleared when it comes to the past and family relations. I feel like in other therapy sessions of mine it's been a bit of a waste of time, not getting to the bottom of things, or talking about issues that I was already talking about with my friends.
